• Confirm Your Mockup:

• Orders of 20 Items or More: We will prepare a free preview mockup and send it to your email for confirmation before we proceed with the engraving. This ensures that your specifications are met to your satisfaction.

• Orders Below 20 Items: You can ask for the mockup in the note if you want it. Otherwise, orders may be processed automatically without a preview mockup. However, we might contact you to confirm the mockup if we deem it necessary to ensure accuracy.
