  • Specify the desired placement of the engraving on the item.

  • If applicable, enter any personalized names or initials into the designated text box.

  • Provide clear instructions about your custom engraving request to ensure accuracy.

• Choose Pick-up or Shipping:

• Local in Edmonton: If you are local, please select a time to bring your products to our store for engraving.

• Outside of Edmonton: If you are not local, please choose a time by which you intend to ship your items to us. Ensure that your items are securely packaged for safe transit.

• Confirm Your Mockup/Sample Test:

• We will create a free preview mockup and/or conduct a sample test of the engraving, which will be sent to your email for approval. This step ensures that all specifications meet your expectations.

• Please review the preview and provide any necessary feedback or approval to proceed with the final engraving.

• Completion and Delivery of Your Order:

• Upon completion of your order, we will notify you. Please respond with your preferred pick-up time if you are local to Edmonton. For those outside of Edmonton, we will provide a link for you to complete payment for the return shipping of your items.

• Larger engraving orders (over 100 items): 2-10 business days, depending on schedule, quantity, and stock availability. We guarantee the fastest turnaround time in the market.

• If you're local in Edmonton, please come to pick up your order when we inform you it's finished.
• If you're from outside Edmonton, we will let you know the shipping cost to ship your order back to you. We'll dispatch it immediately after we receive the payment for shipping.
